Cotswold Smoked is a special addition to our Brie range, we smoke our Organic Cotswold Brie over a cool Applewood chip in our very own smoking shed. Half way through its 4-hour smoking period, we carefully turn the cheese allowing the flavour to permeate the whole cheese. While this is a firmer soft cheese, its delicate smokey flavour adds a depth to the taste and compliments our range beautifully.
